Daily Medications
Daily allergy medications are the workhorses of symptom management. Non-drowsy antihistamines (Zyrtec, Allegra, Xyzal), nasal steroid sprays (Flonase, Nasacort), and leukotriene inhibitors (Singulair) can be optimized to keep symptoms under control without side effects. We help you find the right combination at the right dose.

Antihistamines
First-line allergy meds (Zyrtec, Claritin, Allegra, Xyzal) that block histamine to reduce sneezing, itching, and runny nose. Most are non-drowsy and work within an hour.
Nasal Allergy Sprays (Nasal Steroids & Combination Sprays)
Daily nasal sprays for allergy symptoms — including nasal corticosteroids (Flonase, Nasacort, Rhinocort), antihistamine sprays (Astepro, Astelin), and combination options like Dymista. The most effective class of medications for chronic congestion, postnasal drip, and seasonal allergies. Custom-compounded formulas available.
Singulair & Leukotriene Inhibitors
Singulair (montelukast) and other leukotriene inhibitors are once-daily oral pills that block inflammatory chemicals — used as add-on therapy for asthma and allergies, and especially helpful for exercise- or aspirin-triggered symptoms.
